Welcome to Innovative Career Academy!

We are a tuition-free public charter school located in the Career & Trades Wing on the campus of Broadway Academy at Mount Pleasant. Innovative Career Academy is an educational community committed to building positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community. With personalized learning plans, and flexible-credit, we help students achieve their high school diploma. We offer online instruction, in-person classes, and exploratory career tech courses at our Cleveland campus. Innovative Career Academy meets students where they are and provides accredited academic programming, creative experiences, and a culture of connectedness to help each student excel. Additionally, we are recognized by the Ohio Department of Education and nationally accredited by the Advanced Accreditation Commission, as well as the Board of Trustees of the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement.
