Welcome to Innovative Career Academy!

Innovative Career Academy (ICA) is a tuition-free public charter school that uses innovative strategies to support students on the road to graduation. Through personalized plans, flexible-credit, and an accommodating schedule, ICA provides students with the flexibility they need to achieve their high school diploma. ICA offers both online instruction and in-person classes in our Cleveland location, as well as, a full support team to help students achieve both their academic and personal goals.
